Reservations

You may book your room online by providing the information below.  If you would like to speak to us or have one of our agents contact you, we kindly ask that you call us at 1.808.822.4481, email us at reservations@hotelcoralreefresort.com or submit a query using our online form here with your preferred dates and we will be happy to help.

Deposit Policy:
A major credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.  A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total stay will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival and will be credited towards your stay.  The remaining balance will be due upon checkout. Cash or travelers checks are accepted at time of check out. No personal checks are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
To avoid charges, your  reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days  prior to the date of check in.  A charge of 50% of your total stay will be assessed for each canceled room for all cancellations made within 7 days prior to your check in date.  
 
Additional Person Policy:
 All room rates are based on single or double occupancy.  Additional adult charge is $25.00 plus tax per night.  No additional charge for children 12 and younger when sharing the same room with parents, using existing bedding.
 
Amenities/Activities: 
We are pleased to offer complimentary breakfast refreshments in our lobby area from 7am to 9am.  We can also arrange oceanside massage services in our on-site massage cabana.  Beauty services (hairstyling, cut, manicure, pedicure) are available on property in the Beauty Shop.  Gourmet sandwiches and organic smoothies are available at The Coconut Cup Cafe located on-site as well.
